Oh wow, thanks for the heads up! I wonder if that also means the Eurostar trains from Paris, Brussels and London will not run? Not sure if this includes signaling staff, etc.

No, it only includes the staff that run the NS trains. Not the staff of ProRail who run the rail network and not the Eurostar staff. Eurostar trains are therefore not impacted and should operate according to schedule.
