I am also planning a trip for Summer 2023. I contacted one of the guides in Rick's Amsterdam book (Dennis with Love My City tours). While he was unfortunately already booked for my dates, he sent a website that helps connect you with independent tour guides. You can search for guides by available dates. Each guide has a profile and introduction video that can help you decide if you "click" with them.
