I toured Keukenhof gardens on my own, you don’t need a guide. Go to their website online and information is posted for local buses that go there regularly during the season. Last April we stayed in Haarlem and took a local bus to Keukenhof gardens and spent as much time as we wanted there. There’s a place for lunch on the grounds. This was a bucket list item for me! You will enjoy it.

If you are only interested in the Keukenhof gardens, you don't need some tour: take the train from Amsterdam Centraal to Schiphol airport, where you'll find the Keukenhof Express bus. You'll find all practical information on their website.
