I know there is never a definite answer to this, but I have a question regarding whether to or how much to tip a driver.
We are 4 adults needing transportation from Schipol to the river cruise port area near Centraal Station. I have booked and prepaid for this with Schipol Travel taxi. We each only have carry on luggage and hand bag/backpack.
Any suggestions on how much should we tip the driver?
