Does anyone know how long it takes to get tickets to the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam? I ordered them from their site about a week ago and have checked my email daily. Our tickets are for 5/25 at 10:15. Thanks for your help.

You should have received your tickets immediately. Have you checked if your payment went through okay? And did you check the spam-folder of your email?
I your payment went through and the tickets aren’t in your spam, you should contact the museum directly as soon as possible.

Mine were delayed somewhat, too. I emailed their customer service desk and they resent them right away.
Try: [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number. Bear in mind they are a few hours ahead of us.

I usually get the charge immediately....get the email from AMEX saying there has been an international charge and then get the ticket email directly after that. Sounds like somehow the purchase didn't complete since you weren't charged.
Hope it works out for still getting the time you wanted! This is an excellent museum!

If your credit card hasn’t been charged, the payment wasn’t processed and you will not receive the tickets. Best thing to do is indeed to try ordering again. Make sure you only use the official website; https://www.vangoghmuseum.nl/

Thanks to all. My card had not been billed so I re- ordered the tickets and all went well.
