I am trying to buy tickets online for the Boom Chicago show (www.boomchicago.nl/) in Amsterdam.
I can't get the order form to work intelligibly; I can't make changes to my inputs on the form; and I can't get answers to phone calls and emails asking for help.
What else can I do?
You don't need to purchase tickets in advance. They are easy to secure on the day of the performance at the theater or the last minute ticket booth on Leidsplien. Keep a lookout for folks handing out discount coupons in various places throughout the city center.
