Can we go from ArenA to Central the 2 nights that we are there...this will be the night after a transatlantic flight...after that is a cruise

Of course it is a big outdoor stadium where Ajax Amsterdam football team plays served by public transportation

A number of trains from Utrecht stop near there on their way into Amsterdam Centraal.
If you are there for an event or football match just follow the crowds.

Yes, it is easy to go from Amsterdam Arena (I imagine you are staying at one of the hotels nearby, like the Courtyard Marriot, EasyHotel, Jazz Amsterdam etc.) to anywhere else in Amsterdam with subways. It is also very easy to get to/from the airport using the several trains per hours available (it's just a 14min ride).
