Thalys Train from Belgium to Netherlands

I’m a US passport holder. I will be taking a Thalys train from Belgium into Netherlands.
I’m confused about a couple requirements for Netherlands, and wanted some clarification.

1) since I’m a US passport holder, will I need a Covid test to board the train in Belgium to Netherlands

2) will my US CDC vaccination card suffice for proof of vaccination?

I’m fully vaccinated and boosted.

Covid restrictions have been lifted in Belgium and the Netherlands. Please bring your Covid card, (or a picture of it) and a mask. But you are free to travel back and forth! No test needed as of 3/23/22
