Is it possible to easily get a taxi from the Arnhem Open-Air Folk Museum to the Kroller-Muller Museum (or the entrance to the Hoge Veluwe National Park)?

Last time I checked, a one-way taxi cost 45 euros. If you go on a weekend in the summer, there is a Syntus bus that connects that park with the museum for only 6 euros. During the week you'll have to get back to the train station in Arnhem, take a bus to Otterlo, and then another bus to the museum (or walk and bike to the museum from Otterlo).
