Aside from Uber, does anyone have any recommendations for a reputable shuttle/van service for a pick up from Central Amsterdam train station to Haarlem?
I found Airport Taxis Transfers on the web? Has anyone used them before?

We are traveling with a large group and do not want to hassle with lugging our suitcases.

How large is your group? A taxi/van will cost you around €70+. Not to mention that depending on where your hotel is, you'll be lugging your suitcases anyway. Haarlem is closed off to vehicles for most of the day. I splurged on scan a year and a half ago for the same reason (luggage lugging) and I still lugged for several blocks.
