Hi...My husband and I have booked a B&B in Broek-in-Waterland. What would be the cheapest way to get there? How best to get back and forth to Amsterdam? Thanks for your help.

Use the universal Netherlands trip planner, 9292.nl/en
From the airport, take the train to Amsterdam Central, walk out the back side of the station (away from the city) to the Ijzijde bus stop and take a 3xx bus to Broek in Waterland.
Buses run regularly between Broek and Amsterdam Centraal station.

Depending on ho much you want to use public transport...
Single EBS bus ticket Amsterdam - Broek in Waterland costs 5 euros or a day ticket for all EBS buses costs 10 euros (not valid for other operators like GVB)
Single train ticket Schiphol - Amsterdam Centraal: 5.30 euros
