My bank has not issued ATM cards with the Chip and Pin yet. They're working their way through existing card holders but I may not get mine before we leave for Amsterdam. My Credit Card from the bank does have the chip and pin but there's a 3% transaction fee so getting cash from the ATM is preferable. Are there any options for non Chip cards in ATMs in the airport?

We used our regular magnetic strip debit card in two ATMs at Schiphol two months ago.

We have yet to have a problem with our regular non-chipped CapOne debit cards at ATMs in a host of European countries, Netherlands included.

ATMs still accept cards with magnetic strips and will for some time.
