My husband, I, and two kids (16 and 18) plan a day trip from Rotterdam to the Hague June 17 for the Mauritshuis. The museum is closed on June 18, but there are no notes of closed galleries or anything unusual on June 17, so I think that will work.
After the Mauritshuis, if we go to the beach, it will be to wade or swim or walk through dunes rather than going on the pier. Would taking the tram to Zwarte Pad be good for this? Or would going south be better?
