Rotterdam to Prague June 17

I'm a woman traveling alone. Have been dying to see Prague so added to Netherlands cruise becasue, you know, its in Europe. First major travel mistake. when I looked at airfares it was less than $200 so I assumed close. Forgot to look at hours.

I had no idea getting from Rotterdam/Hague/Amsterdam would take 12 hours by train or 6+ by air. Train may give me sights of countries. But whatever works for arrival times.
Anyone have any experience to help me pick how to do this. I'd prefer Not to end up in Prague at 10:30 at night. I'd even leave Rotterdam hotel in middle of night to get to plane/Train that would get me to Prague during daylight.

Thanks to anyone who is up for this.

Although I strongly prefer the train over the plane, it would be a very long day.
I have found a direct KLM flight with decent hours: departure Amsterdam 16.20, arrival Prague 17.45. Basic ticket price some EUR 100.
There is also a direct Easyjet at some EUR 65, but that one leaves Amsterdam at 08.30. A later direct Easyjet flight arrives at Prague at 20.15.

There are many direct flights from Amsterdam to Prague. It takes about one and half hour. There are 4 direct KLM flights a day. These airlines are flying also direct: Easy Jet, Czech Airlines, Smart Wings. You are right , it's under $200. Prague is very safe even at night. But if you don't feel comfortable you can take taxi from the airport to your hotel for about $30. There are many connections which land in Prague during daylight.

For getting from Rotterdam Centraal to Schiphol airport take the so-called Intercity Direct. Runs every 15 mins and takes less than half an hour.
