Rijksmuseum tickets snafu

This morning I purchased 2 adult tickets for 25 April 2018 - my credit card company confirms they approved it. The problem is I cannot seem to receive the e-tickets because I inadvertently entered my email address with letters in caps and now the museum has sent me emails to confirm my email address. When I click the link to confirm, I get an error message. Weirdly, I am getting their emails!

I just discovered the General Information link on their website and have just sent them an email to info@rijksmuseum.nl requesting they send me my e-tickets.

Any advice? Otherwise, I may dispute the charge and have my hotel in Haarlem buy the tickets for me.

Everyone has been so helpful to me in my planning for my epic adventure in Amsterdam, Haarlem & Paris!!

Maryam,
Thank you for your response. Actually this morning I received an email from the Rijksmuseum containing my e-tickets. I'm excited to have the tickets now.
Btw, when are you going to be in Amsterdam?

Judy, they must be having some website trouble. I bought mine last week and they never arrived by email. When I emailed the museum, they said they could see I paid and had not received them, but they were unable to resend them. Their solution was to make an appointment for me to pick up the tickets in person. I was a bit disappointed because we had planned to do the museum on a bad weather day, but we had to make a reservation for the Van Gogh museum, so we just decided to make this reservation for later the same day. It will all work out, I imagine. When are you going? We will be there for three nights in April, and can't wait!

Tamara,
Sorry you have to pick up your tickets in person, hopefully it won't take too long. We will be there April 24 - 28, leaving April 29. I'm excited too! We have tickets to Van Gogh at 9 am on Weds. the 25th and will visit the Rijksmuseum at 3 pm. I wanted to leave a good chunk of time in between these two great museums for a leisurely lunch and meandering time. So many of Amsterdam's popular sights require advance tickets if you don't want to wait in line. And, I do want to see these fantastic places.
Enjoy your time there!

I hope you have an awesome trip, Judy! Have you been before? Are you going to Keukenhoff? I'm really looking forward to our time there.

Tamara,
This will be my first trip to Amsterdam, have been to Paris a few times. Will be in Paris 4 days and Amsterdam 6 days.

Yes, we are going to Keukenhof, Anne Frank, Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum. We are staying in Haarlem because we heard it is a quick train to Amsterdam. We will be there the last week of April, going home on the 29th.

How about you?

This is our first time to Amsterdam as well. We are going primarily for the purpose of visiting Keukenhoff. We also plan to visit the Van Gogh and Rijks museum and the Anne Frank house. We are staying in the Jordaan area. We will be spending 3 nights in Paris, 2 in Bruges and 3 in Amsterdam. We have been to Paris before, so this will be just a quick trip to see some things we didn't see before and to visit Giverny in the spring, if the weather allows. After this we will be joining the RS Greece tour. We will be leaving April 13th. It's coming up fast! I hope you have lovely tulip weather!
