This morning I purchased 2 adult tickets for 25 April 2018 - my credit card company confirms they approved it. The problem is I cannot seem to receive the e-tickets because I inadvertently entered my email address with letters in caps and now the museum has sent me emails to confirm my email address. When I click the link to confirm, I get an error message. Weirdly, I am getting their emails!
I just discovered the General Information link on their website and have just sent them an email to email@example.com requesting they send me my e-tickets.
Any advice? Otherwise, I may dispute the charge and have my hotel in Haarlem buy the tickets for me.
