Do I have to prebook tickets for entry to the general area of the museum or can I just turn up on the day and enter when it suits me?

It's quite easy to book tickets to the museum and I would suggest doing so in advance. I've done them on my phone the day of the visit so you might be OK trying that. I'd suggest doing them as soon as you know when you'll be visiting.

We had timed, pré-purchased tickets when we went last April. The museum does sell out. Suggest you buy tickets in advance with a set time and don’t wing it.
