restaurants in Rotterdam and Amsterdam?

Hoping for some suggestions on restaurants to check out in Rotterdam and Amsterdam - particularly interested in non-touristy Indonesian, Surinamese and traditional Dutch - nothing too fancy or expensive, just good food. Thanks for any tips!
