restaurants in Amsterdam and Copenhagen

Unless you indicate which city and what type of food, asking people on this forum to recommend restaurants in the entire country of the Netherlands is like asking them to throw a dart at a target while blindfolded. Please narrow down your question. .

Would the OP be one of those making the common mistake the Netherlands is Amsterdam?

Would love to know if there is a breakfast place by our hotel the Ambassador in Haarlem. I arrive one day early and since we will eat breakfast there two days would like to try something else near by, any suggestions?

Paula Pierce - If you'll be there on a Saturday morning I'd recommend wandering through the market and picking up a bit of fruit, cheese, etc as it catches your fancy. We enjoyed coffee and pastry at Coffeedate - just 3 mins walk where you'll be. Enjoy!
