This is unfortunately a bit of a dull request, but I'm looking for restaurant recommendations near the Hyatt (https://amsterdam.regency.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html). I'll be in Amsterdam on business, and since I won't have time to do any sightseeing, I'd at least like to eat well at dinner. Is there anything you'd recommend nearby this hotel? I don't think I'll be able to convince my boss to travel very far for dinner.

Thanks Paul, I'm aware the concierge can answer these sorts of questions. I'm asking here because sometimes I find the thoughtful folks on this forum have more interesting recommendations than concierges, particularly those at big and impersonal hotel chains.
