*I'd love a recommendations for Dutch Pancakes at dinner time in Haarlem.
*Would appreciate dinner recommendations for Delft, Leiden, The Hague and Schiedam. Characteristic, moderately priced, willing to moderately splurge for fixed priced meals.

Pannenkoekenhuis is what you are looking for..
There also will be street stalls, vendors selling them.
Leiden- We loved den Doofpot! Also Aan de Rijn,
The Bishop, Trattoria Italians City Hall, Bar Lokaal.

@Suki, thank you. I waitressed at a Minnesota chain for a couple summers. It was called "Pannenkoechen Huis". (Probably spelled wrong, it was years ago!) There may still be one in Minnesota somewhere. Not my favorite job in my life. We had to run the pannenkuchens to the table before they deflated. Anyway, it would be fun to try one in Haarlem. My thinking is that when we arrive Schipol, we'll have lunch, probably a bigger meal, near the resistance museum. Then after the museum we'll head to Haarlem and it is unlikely we'd want a big meal before 9pm bedtime.
