We enjoyed dinners at both Ratatouille and Mano in Haarlem. Both were French influenced so not sure if they meet your "Dutch culture" requirement.

Thank you. We have a long layover in schipol. Hoping to go to Haarlem for the evening and have dinner. We don’t need anything too fancy just try the foods local to the area. Thanks!

I haven't been to a pancake house in Haarlem, but they're pretty darn delicious and definitely iconically Dutch. Pretty easy on the system too ahead of a long flight.
