what are your exact dates, what do you consider moderately priced? it's tulip season which brings high prices with the demand. look at booking.com with your filters on left side plus jordaan is a popular place to stay many places may have been book months in advance, see what they have available for your dates. good luck and have a great time. amsterdam is beautiful, been twice.
your other post had people give your recommendations, have you checked those?

While technically not in the Jordaan our stay at the Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American earlier this year was delightful. Stylish property with great location at a reasonable price!
