My husband is an avid photographer, and we will be in Amsterdam the end of May for one day prior to starting a Viking cruise. We want to take a canal boat tour the day before embarkation. What tours do you recommend? The saw recent mixed recommendations for Blue Boat on Yelp. I wanted to ask you, the Travel Forum for advice. Thank you!

A photographer would probably value a sunset cruise. We enjoyed the Damn Boat Guys, read their website, it's a "salty" cruise. Highly recommend the smaller boats (dozen folks), not the huge boats outside the main train station.

There is a huge TI across the many train tracks in front of the train station. Weather may be a concern since is it May and spring.

One thing to consider is smoking. Damn Boat Guys allow it. Capt Jack does not. Your preference.
