Are you able to get a certified rapid covid test at local pharmacies in Delft, or do you have to use the larger testing labs in The Hague and Rotterdam? I'm going on a cruise and the cruise line requires a certified negative test before boarding.

Pharmacies don’t perform COVID-19 tests in the Netherlands. If you want to get tested for a cruise or something like that, you need to get tested at commercial companies like https://spoedtest.nl/en/ or https://coronalab.eu/en/
