Rapid antigen testing near Schiphol

Two questions:
1) Does the Rapid Antigen Test (@40 euros) satisfy the requirement for flying back to the United States?

2) We will be flying into Schiphol from Lyon, France and staying near the airport, then flying home the next day. Does anyone know of a testing site near the airport or the nearby towns (Hoofddorp)?
