problems buying Anne Frank House tickets online?

Has anyone else had problems buying Anne Frank House tickets online? I can get onto the website as posted throughout this forum http://www.annefrank.org/en/Museum/Practical-information/Online-ticket-sales/ but as soon as I click on "Buy Online Tickets" the little cursor symbol just keeps going round & round and the page never comes up. I have tried using different browsers - explorer, chrome & firefox, to no avail.

I know I am early as I am not going until September (just trying to plan ahead), but the website doesn't know that - at least I hope not!

Any other ideas I can try or any other websites to buy the tickets ahead?

Joann,

I went to your linked site and was able to get into the calendar. If the small pink box shows up, click it off and go to the main screen. You are not too early. There are very few tickets available online for each time slot. We did ours several months in advance.

It does look like they are only selling tickets up to September 1 at this point.

Thank you Donna,

I still could not get on this morning, so I tried from work and was able to from there (unusual as they usually block everything!) Maybe my security software at home is blocking it for some reason. I'll just have to do it from work or a friend's house.
