We are four older ladies with some mobility issues. We need private transportation like taxi or uber to our hotel. Any recommendations for the best choice?
Would you be able to share where your hotel is? Uber, Bolt and regular taxi services are available at Schiphol airport, assuming you arrive there and not at Eindhoven or The Hague Rotterdam airports.
From the airport’s website:
In some cases public transport may be more convenient in case you are staying in a pedestrian area. The location of your hotel will help identify the most convenient mode of transportation.
Unless you are each able to hold your luggage on your lap, you're likely to need a larger vehicle than a 5-passenger taxi. One way to address this is to go to the taxi rank and wait for a van. The airport and rail service offer assistance to passengers with mobility issues. There was a recent post about this, and my recollection is that the trains from the airport have level entry. So you might be able to get all the way to Centraal Station before needing a taxi. There will be a taxi rank there, too.
