Looking for a private tour guide in Nov. to provide tour for 10-14 people to windmills, quaint villages, etc. Would like to personalize tour based on our group desires - not the commercialized tourist sites
Try Viator.com or Tours by locals.com

Another resource might be Olaf who can be contacted through the website for Martine's Table.
He does food tours in Amsterdam and may know of someone who would suit your needs.
Good luck and have fun!

I took 2 tours with That Dam Guide (https://thatdamguide.com/), which I found by looking through comments on this travel forum and TripAdvisor.
They were fabulous. I did the City Walking Tour with Mark and the Keukenhof Tulip Tour with Rory. Both tours were limited to 8 people, but their website indicates they also do private tours. They were easy to work with and a lot of fun.
A call to the RS office for a suggestion may be worth the dime.
Just curious: is Amsterdam your starting point? There are many quaint villages in the neighbourhood such as Dungerdam which can easily be reached by public transport.
I love the area around Woerden, Gouda or Leiden. You can visit dairy and cheese farms, see the pasture lands with canals, sluices and dikes and meet the millers in their polder or flour mill.
Delft and surroundings are exceptional. My home town. A great mix between modern greenhouses and historical farms in a landscape that looks like a 17th century painting.
Hope you enjoy the Dutch countryside. If you need more info let me know.
