Please Critique Amsterdam Itinerary

I have essentially a little over 2 days in Amsterdam. I am traveling with my mom (who has been here multiple times) and my sister (this may be her only trip here).
Arrive at airport Friday afternoon at 1:30. Taxi to hotel (Marriott Renaissance). Walk to Museum our Lord in the Attic. Take a canal cruise.
Saturday: Anne Frank House. Probably Museum of Cheese and Tulip Museum, since they're both so close and I've heard they're just a quick trip in and out. Walk to Dam Square. Visit the Palace and New Church. Window shop at De Bijenkorf. Go to A'dam Lookout and watch "This is Holland" film.
Sunday: We leave on our cruise and return the following Sunday:
2nd Sunday: Bags transported to hotel by Lock Luggage Storage. Museum of Bags and Purses, with tea and Riksmuseum. Taxi to our hotel by airport.

Plan to choose places to stop and eat as we need it. The plan would be to have mini meals, with a short stop, to give my mom a break.

Thank you.

Sounds like you will hit the ground running - don't know where you are coming from or will have any jet lag.
You have selected things you want to see and your ideas are doable without overdoing :-)
Other posters may have suggestions; my only recommendation is to skip the taxi and use the trains, busses and trams. They are extremely efficient and run like clockwork
Finally, if you can get a reservation at Martine's Table for dinner, it will be a great way to start your vacation.
Enjoy your cruise!

As per the prior poster, if you are set on doing your listed itinerary, you should have enough time to hit all of your sites. I have stayed at the Marriott Renaissance many times and it is an easy walk from Central Station, and Central Station is an easy 15-18 minutes direct train from Schipol Airport. Unless you or someone in your party have mobility issues or oversized suitcases, no reason to take a taxi.
