Can anybody suggest good low to moderate priced places to eat, and not so touristy, in Eindhoven. I like German, Mexican, Asian, Italy, UK and hopefully Dutch food by that time. I will be staying in the Holiday Inn across from the train station and with no transportation. I normally don't eat a big breakfast, a pastry or toast, bagels, etc, and real hot chocolate. Are there any bakeries around where I'll be staying?

I´m not familiar enough with Eindhoven to recommend a place for eating, but this city is so well international orientated finding something to your likings and budget will not be a problem. For bakeries there is a Bakkertje Bol and a Bakker Bart just at the southside of the Piazza Center. Nearby there is an Albert Hein supermarket if you walk through the tunnel underneath the railway tracks. Everything at walking distance (10 to 15 min.) from your hotel.
