Paying for bus from Schiphol to Haarlem

We're flying into AMS in about a month, landing in late afternoon, and taking the #300 bus to Haarlem where we have a hotel room. I understand from another thread that the bus driver no longer accepts cash. Can anyone tell me whether there's a ticket-selling kiosk or window in the airport terminal or near the platform, where we could pay cash for bus tickets? Or will we have to invest in chipkaarts or tripkeys to get to Haarlem on arrival?

Yes, the Dutch buses take credit cards, but do they take American credit cards that are verified by a signature? Sometimes you need to enter your PIN, and sometimes they won't work even if you know the PIN. Buy your ticket outside of Schiphol in the huge bus lot. According to the Connexxion website, "You can buy your tickets at our Info & Ticket bus at Schiphol Airport," see https://www.connexxion.nl/amsterdam-airport-express/1241.

Thank you T and Floris, but the bus I'm looking for is #300 to Haarlem, leaving from Platform B2, not the Amsterdam Express to central Amsterdam. Do you think it would be the same ticket office?

Yup... same bus company, same tickets on both lines. I do know they sell passes like Amsterdam and Region Travel Ticket. I'm not sure wether or not the sell the BTM ticket.

There is absolutely no need to buy an OV-chipkaart (public transport chipcard) for one bus ride. The card itself costs 7.50 euro just for the card. Just buy a single ticket from the driver or the ticket booth.

Ok I know I should know better but...
I'm picking up my Trip key at the airport. Can I use it to pay for the bus to Haarlem? I was not sure if the bus was a private service or part of their public system. I am getting Tripkey for ease traveling for the following week
