Can some one inform me if a service charge will be added to ones credit card account to the travel cost each time you check in on bus or train in The Netherlands?

Nigel is talking about foreign transaction fees, which many banks tack on to foreign credit card transactions. He's right that you should check your cc account to see what fees they charge. Many do not, but you need to know otherwise it can be a not-so-nice surprise when you get home.

I believe OVPay does the same thing as London does with contact less payment: All trips of one day are bundled in to one transaction at the end of the day.

I’m sorry, but OVPay does no such thing. Each transaction is charged separately and there is nothing like a daily cap or something like that.

OVPay does not charge a service charge for using a credit card. Your credit card provider might charge you a foreign currency transaction fee.
