Hi! I am going to travel Amsterdam with my child aged 12, can he use my credit card for O V Pay ? I am afraid that the conductor will say that is not his own credit card.thx

It's all tap pay now. I'd suggest you put your credit card in his Apple Wallet. Your son can tap on and tap off via his phone. You can use the same credit card, tapping directly. It's all so easy.

It's all tap in/out. I only saw one conductor (sitting in a booth on the tram) the entire time on all the trams. A few people were trying to tap in with Apple Pay and the machine wasn't working right and he just waved them in. There's definitely nobody deciding who a credit card belongs to. Biggest advice; be ready to tap in/out. Everything moves quickly. As Pat said, everyone needs their own card unless you use the card and your child has the same card on Apple Pay. That acts as 2 separate accounts.
