You will be amazed by this Church/museum. The history is so interesting and something we did not know at all. When we were there they were doing some renovations to the entrance and reception area but it should all be completed by now.

The cloakroom has lockers. I believe there were two sizes, but not sure how big your bags are. It is unattended, so people were just hanging their own coats and using the lockers as needed. There are a lot of stairs, so you won't want to carry a large bag.

Hi, there might well be a size restriction. Firstly, the museum is really worth visiting. Second, there is a place just around the corner called dropandgo.nl You can leave luggage there. It costs but they do offer a convenient service. You can also leave luggage at Central Station, also nearby, bit the lockers tehre are sometimes full.
