Which is better open air - Zaanse Schans or Enkhuizen? And what about Alkmaar vs Edam? I'm trying to do two trips out of Amsterdam. Right now, I have Alkmaar and Zaanse in mind as well as Edam, Volendam and Marken. Are there better choices for variety?
