One Anne Frank House Ticket

My usual confusion.

Bought one adult ticket for Friday, July 17 at 1500 when I meant to buy 5pm or 1700. I wrote AFH and they said the ticket can only be used at 1500. It is only for the museum visit and does not include the introductory program as I was there 2 years ago and did that.

I am offering one regular adult ticket gratis for Friday, July 17, 1500 to anyone who would like it. Just "pay it forward"!*

I can email it to you by PM along with the letter from AFH saying a friend or relative can use it at 1500.

Unfortunately, and extremely reluctant to say this, but I am a long time poster and this is not a scam.

*if unfamiliar with the term it means do something kind/generous in the future to someone else

How kind of you to try to freecycle your unwanted ticket.

Precisely two weeks ago I had 3 spare tickets, all of which went to waste. If only I'd thought of asking permission from the Anne Frank House to do what you're doing.

I hope you get another opportunity before too long to visit this 'must-see'.

janet_kupfer this is a kind offer, but as far as I know the museum's terms and conditions clearly state tickets are not transferrable. Curious if they have changed their policy or if the email will suffice as proof they approve.

Article 2.4 of the T's and C's seem to apply here, which shows that Janet's offer is permitted, as there is no resale (in terms of money changing hands) and permission has been given by AFH- https://www.annefrank.org/en/museum/practical-information/terms-and-conditions-visiting/
