NH Museum Quarter Hotel VERSUS Fita Hotel Museum Quarter (Amsterdam)

Has anyone stayed at the NH Museum Quarter Hotel or the Fita Hotel Museum Quarter? I am having a hard time deciding which would be better.

We like the Fita hotel because it's small, locally run, friendly, and offers free laundry service!, versus NH is a chain that is likely to be pretty standard.
