New COVID guidelines from 1/25 meeting in Netherlands

Does anyone know the outcome of COVID travel restrictions for travel to Netherlands from the Unites States?

I've heard that as of 2/2/22, vaccinated US citizens will be allowed in without quarantining. I haven't been able to fully verify this, though... I was actually checking this site to get info on it.
