I have an old misdemeanor from USA back in 2012. Basically a court order violation. There was some family dispute between me and my ex wife and the court placed an order for no contact between us. My ex wife reached for me for help and I placed multiple calls to check on her and was convicted with court order violation.
Would that prohibit me from being able to secure a netherlands work visa?
I am asking so basically I don't waste a couple of months going through the process and cost my employer money to obtain the visa then end up with a refusal
