Lunch recommendation in Haalem please

Hi! Doing very last minute planning. Please help with a yummy lunch recommendation for my family of 3 (hubby, 11 year old daughter) in Haarlem. Would like to sit outside, nice view, and good beer/wine. So many darn options. Help!
Thank you!

My favourites:

De Dakkas on top of a 1970's parking: best view over Haarlem
Ratatouille on the Spaarne (Michelin star but reasonably priced lunch menu)
Brinkmann on the Grote Markt,
Pieck in the Warmoesstraat,
De Overkant in the Paarlaarsteeg,
Meneer Frans at Klein Heiligland 8,
Oerkap at the Harmejansweg (a city beach along the Spaarne),
Zuidam next to the Adriaan windmill along the Spaarne.

As you said so many options, maybe the menus (and the prices) of my favourites and their locations could help you.

There are also plenty restaurants at the Oude Groenmarkt and Klokhhuisplein with a view of the Bavo. I personally am not a fan of most of the restaurants along the Spaarne (other than those I mentioned). Volkslust at the Kruisweg has a floating terrace in the Nieuwe Gracht and is close to the train station. Jopenkerk has outdoor seating but not the most interesting scenery.

Last year at this time we ate outside at Restaurant Metzo on a warm sunny day because we were walking up a charming narrow pedestrian street with flowers blooming, a few bikes parked and the cathedral at the end of the street; which made a great unexpected photo, and I thought, "this is just wonderful." And the food was good! It was the last day of our 3 week travels and I left on a high note!
21 Warmoesstraat. We walked up from Anegang coming up Warmoesstraat towards Spekstraat for that unexpected, "wow this is lovely!"

KD is absolutely right! Forgot to list it. It is opposite Pieck.

Walking into the Warmoesstraat from the Anegang gives you one of the most picturesque views of the Bavo.

Look for the signs in the pavement in front of the shops and guess what kind of shop used to be there many years ago. Maybe you recognize where, as a kid, my hairdresser used to be!

I had a really nice salad at Spaarne66...kind of pricey but a nice sidewalk terrace across from the Spaarne and after a week of lets just say not too many veggies, it was welcome change.

Barney_NL, maybe you'll remember. There used to be a small and crazy restaurant run by two crazy people just outside the Leidsevaart in Brouwersvaart. It closed maybe 15 years ago. I can remember the woman and her sense of humour, and getting some fun food there. Too bad it closed. I can picture the logo in my head but can't remember the name of the place. I used to walk down there from Coornhertstraat. Good memories.

Nigel, could it be "De Buren"? It also used to be a polish bar (Polski Bar) around that time. Now it houses Little Jamaica, a little gem.
