Has anyone bought tickets for Kinderdijk at the entrance? They sell untimed tickets online, good for the day, but they are non-changeable. Wondering if we can just buy when we arrive.
We just bought tickets when we arrived last April. You really don't even need tickets to walk around. It's if you want to tour the windmills that are open; ride the shuttle or boat; or visit the museum. But you can always just walk along the pathway. I can't see there being any necessity in buying tickets in advance if there's a chance you'll need to change dates.
And - you never know what the weather will bring.
You really don't need to buy tickets, see that section in my 2024 Trip Report, and especially note where the free bathrooms are. My pix were fantastic!
Have a great time!
