Keukenhof Questions

I looked at the Keukenhof FAQs and needed more info so I emailed my questions to the provided address several days ago ... no reply yet (I am guessing they might be pretty busy with the opening coming soon) so I figured I'd try to get answers here from those with past experience:

1) Just in case I have to cancel my combi-tickets, their FAQ says you have until 4 days before your scheduled date to cancel ... does that mean refund? ... does it include both bus and entrance? ... or is it just canceled and you're out the money?

2) I have a 2:00pm bus return ticket ... if I want to take an return earlier bus, can I? ... or do I have to wait until 2:00pm?

My email from them states that you can make a change to date or time up to 4 days prior. On my pdf it states that the entrance ticket will not be taken back, paid out or extended.

Last time I went, I did not schedule any bus back. I believe you just get on whenever you are done with your visit.

If you scheduled a time it was probably a departure time to go to the garden.

Thanks for the info ... I saw that on my pdf also but why would they charge a €2.50 fee to cancel if they were not refunding at least some of the money ... I'm certainly not paying more just to advise them I can't go unless there was some refund involved, hence my email to them for clarification ... when I got my tickets I had to pick both a departure and return time, maybe so they can keep to some kind of schedule? ... I'll verify when I get there.
