Can I buy tickets to Keukenhof Gardens on arrival or must I buy them earlier? Also, I am handicapped and use a scooter. Will they wave the entrance fee if I just show up?

You can buy a ticket on arrival; but I would buy it online and print it so you don't have wait in line at the ticket booth when you get there and just go right to the entrance. There is nothing on site about free entrance for the handicapped only for children 0-3.
