Anyone have recent experience with buying a Keukenhof Combi-Ticket from Amsterdam? It looks like there is only one bus ride involved from Central Amsterdam to the garden, i.e. there is no transfer at Schiphol. Also, it looks like the ticket can be purchased in advance here in the US and used any day during the season. Is my understanding correct?

There is no direct bus from Amsterdam to the Gardens. With the combi ticket you have two options from Amsterdam to Keukenhof:
1. Take Connexxion bus 197 from Leidseplein to Schipol Airport and transfer to the bus which takes you to the gardens.
2. Take the train from Centraal Station to Schipol airport and transfer to that same bus which takes you to the gardens.
