I purchased our on-line tickets to the Anne Frank House for Oct. 13. We plan to buy the MuseumKaart when we arrive Oct 12. How, then, do we get into the Anne Frank House for FREE?

If you already purchased tickets to Anne Frank House, you can't get in for free because you already paid.
When I went in May, I made my reservation for Anne Frank House and used the Museumkaart option (because like you, I was planning to purchase my Museumkaart when I arrived). So I did not have to pay to get my reservation. I printed out the reservation and presented that with my Museumkaart for free admission.
