I want to make a reservation at the Ann Frank house for March but will not have my Museumkaart until then. How can I make the reservation?

Go to the Anne Frank House official site.

Click to buy tickets. Pick an available date and time. Choose the free ticket option for the pass. It's one of several 0 Euro options for passes and children. Pay the .50 service fee. Print your reservations. Bring your pass and the reservation with you when you go the the museum.

They translate Museumkaart as: Dutch Museum Pass (which it is).
