The Mövenpick Amsterdam City Central is located right by side of the cruise terminal, takes a very short walk.
This being said, the cruise terminal in Amsterdam is easily accessible by public transportation, with frequent trams serving its access (every 5-8 minutes during daytime), so any hotel conveniently located near public transportation will be accessible and easy to get from, as long as you embarkation call isn't happening at 5.00 in the morning...
