Leaving for Amsterdam and just learned we can’t add Apple Pay to my daughter’s phone for tapping in/out of public transportation. Read thru Rick’s book on tram passes but not sure what option is cheapest for us. We are a Family of 3 using trams and trains daily. Do we buy a multi day card for each of us? This is not very clear to me. Thank you in advance.

What do you mean by this? Are you really going to take the train every day? Where to? And for how many days?
You’ve provided not enough information to give you an answer about what’s most economical.
Also I’m not sure why not being able to add Apple Pay to your daughters phone is an issue. Can’t she use a credit card? Or use your phone to tap in? You need one device or card per person to tap in, but they can all be linked to the same credit card. So if you for instance have 1 credit card, 1 IPhone with Apple Pay and 1 Watch with Apple Pay, 3 people can tap in and out on public transport.
