Unfortunately the berth for river cruise may be in industrial area called Coenhaven. We have chosen hotel 10 minutes walking on other side of train station. How challenging will it be to get there and any suggestions. We are not staying at hotel booked through cruise after so no transfers included.

As Sam said, a taxi looks like your best bet. Were I in your shoes, I would talk with the cruise director during the cruise. I'm sure they will have a way to handle the problem. You will not be the first with this type of issue and besides, they want you to be happy so you will come back or recommend their line to your friends. Have a good cruise!
