Can anyone recommend a good happy hour establishment in Amsterdam? I know they are big on beer and gin but if I can find a place with good wine and maybe some bar food/appetizers I would be even happier about going to Amsterdam than I am now. Also looking for a really good place for ris taffel (rice table… My spelling is undoubtedly wrong).
